(ANGOLA) - Three downtown Angola businesses will receive city fa?ade grants for exterior improvement projects after approval by the Angola Common Council on Monday night.

Council members approved a $1,779 fa?ade grant agreement for Best Dressed Boutique at 111 N. Public Square.

The council also approved a $2,595.03 fa?ade grant for Healthies Angola LLC at 120 N. Public Square and a $2,595.03 fa?ade grant for Hysong Outdoors-Bike and Soul at 130 N. Public Square.

Documents presented to the council show the Healthies Angola and Hysong Outdoors-Bike and Soul projects involve replacement awning graphics and related awning improvements as part of downtown building enhancements.

All three grants were approved unanimously without discussion.

The grants are part of the City of Angola's fa?ade improvement program, which assists property owners and businesses with exterior improvements in the downtown area.
